The Little Sisters of the Poor invite you to run or walk the 13th Annual Nun Run 5k. Registration is now open to walkers and runners of all ages in one of the largest 5k's in the area.

When: 9:00am start, Saturday, September 14, 2019(registration opens at 7:30am)

Where: Jeanne Jugan Residence at 185 Salem Church Road Newark, DE 19713. Parking both at the residence and at Christiana HS, directly across the street.

Cost: $25 (before 8 am Sept 13) $30 (day of race)

The Course: Wheel measured by Doug White. Out and back course, flat and fast.

Awards and Amenities: Trophies to 1st place Male & Female runners in Open and Masters divisions and 1st place Male & Female walkers; plus medals to Top 3 runners in 10 year age groups, 13 under through 70+. Each pre-registered participant by Sept 7th is guaranteed to receive a race T-shirt.

All participants will enjoy:

Post-race refreshments – including pizza, chocolate milk, beer (ID req’d), fruit and more.

Live DJ playing upbeat music

Goody Bags at the finish line

Free entry into prize raffle
